Two men cuffed after robbery spree

Hamilton Police have two men in custody after a Sunday armed robbery spree that saw hold-ups at three convenience stores on the Mountain– Busy Bee,  Cardinal Variety and Anytime Convenience.

The string of robberies took place between 6:30 a.m. and  8:00 a.m., when Hamilton Police responded to three robberies where the suspects were armed with a handgun.

As a result of the investigation, two adult males have been arrested and will be held for a bail hearing scheduled for Monday. A replica firearm that was used has been recovered.
