Twitter slaps a fact-check on Trump

In a rare move Twitter is attaching links to fact-checking on some of Donald Trump’s tweets. Critics had been calling for Trump to be banned from Twitter after many of his tweets have been found to contain provable lies, exaggerations and factual misstatements. Last night, he accused Twitter of “interfering” with the 2020 presidential election and “stifling free speech” by placing a fact-check label on two of his tweets.
