Truck arsonist sought

Hamilton Police are looking for the man who torched  a truck that was parked overnight in a residential driveway. On June 12, 2020, police assisted the Hamilton Fire Department with a car fire on Mount Pleasant Drive in Hamilton in the Upper Ottawa-Rymal Road area.

a homeowner awoke shortly after 4:30 a.m., to find his 2017 GMC Sierra truck was on fire in his driveway. Cameras in the area capture a male suspect stop for a few minutes by the parked truck and then walk away as the vehicle ignites in flames. The truck sustained significant damage.

The Hamilton Police Arson Unit is asking the community to call if they know the male in the video.

The suspect is described as male, white wearing aFlannel shirt and dark pants
