Members of the new Hamilton Council are getting their feet wet as they participate in a series of budget presentations by City staff. One of the big ticket items the council will deal with in their upcoming term is the Hamilton LRT project. The cost of mega-projects was the topic of discussion on the Bill Kelly Show Friday between Bill and Bay Observer publisher John Best.
