Tragic ending to search for missing woman

Hamilton Police report that after three days of searching, the body of 80-year-old Shirley Love has been located. Hundreds of residents had joined police in combing the Mount Albion and Greenhill areas hoping to locate the woman who suffered from dementia. Police also deployed drones to assist in the search.

Ms. Love had last been seen Tuesday afternoon near her residence on Mount Albion Rd. walking south towards Glendale Golf Course at 2pm.

Police have not indicated the exact location where the deceased woman was found.
