Supercrawl to receive Federal grant

Hamilton’s Supercrawl, which is back starting this weekend with a full lineup,  will receive up to $250,000 under the Tourism Relief Fund. The announcement was made by Hamilton East-Stoney Creek MPP Chad Collins who said, “During my years as councillor for Ward 5, I was proud to support Tim Potocic and Supercrawl whenever they applied for municipal funding. I’ve long recognized that the event is an economic driver for downtown Hamilton and our entire region. It’s an amazing festival that attracts hundreds of thousands of people to the city; supporting our hotels, restaurants, stores and our arts and culture community.”

This years Supercrawl has announced its lineup of artists which include:

Musical headliners at Supercrawl 2022 (in alphabetical order) will include Tim Baker, The Dirty Nil, Hamilton All-Stars, Sarah Harmer, Lido Pimienta, and Charlotte Day Wilson. Other musical artists announced today include Altameda, Tynomi Banks, The Barettas, Blind Mule, Breeze, Nuela Charles, Dearly Beloved, Ellevator, Espanola, Fame Cartel, Golden Feather, Sarah Good & The Bads, Hamilton Children’s Choir, Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra Brass Quintet, The Hidden Cameras, Cam Kahin, Shawnee Kish, LOONY, Loviet, Olivia Lunny, Eamon McGrath, Nezqwik, Northern Cree, OMBIIGIZI, Lydia Persaud, Lido Pimienta, Pleasure Craft, Queen Cee with GSSO and Duckai, Amanda Rheaume, Tallies, Julian Taylor, TRP.P, and JJ Wilde.
