Police Roundup: manslaughter accused skips bail, Two flashing incidents

Hamilton Police are looking for a 23-year-old male fugitive, Devante Skye-Davis.

He is from the Hamilton area and is still believed to be within Hamilton.

Devante Skye-Davis was charged with Manslaughter in relation to the shooting death of Myah Larmond in July of 2020. Skye-Davis is currently wanted by Hamilton Police for two counts of failing to comply with his release order.

Devante is described as:

·       23-years-of-age

·       Brown eyes

·       Facial hair

·       5’9

·       150 pounds

·       Frequently has hair two-toned as pictured

·       Tattoo – design on left side of neck

If he is observed, police ask that members of the public call 9-1-1, do not approach.

 Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Suspect(s) Involved in two separate Indecent Acts

Hamilton Police are investigating two instances of an indecent act in Hamilton earlier this week. Hamilton Police encourage anyone with information regarding these incidents to call police.

On Monday, July 11, 2022 around 8:30 a.m., an unknown man exposed himself to a victim who had been using the trails close to Sulphur Springs Road and Mineral Springs Road. The victim fled the area and the suspect went in the opposite direction. The suspect is described as a black male, late 30’s to early 40’s, thin build, short black hair, approximately six feet tall wearing a blue t-shirt.

Later that evening at approximately 9:30 p.m., an unknown man exposed himself to a victim who was using the Mountain Brow Path by East 36th Street. The suspect is described as a brown male, short beard, short black hair, approximately 5’10, medium build wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt.

In both instances the suspects engaged the victims in conversation and then proceeded to expose themselves.

The two incidents are being investigated separately and police have no information at this time that they are related.

Investigators are asking any residents in the area to review their video surveillance for any footage that may assist with these investigations.
