Outrage over mass gathering at Toronto park

Premier Doug Ford, Toronto Mayor John Tory and Toronto Medical Officer of Health Dr. Eileen De Villa all joined to condemn a mass gathering of sun worshippers yesterday at Toronto’s Trinity-Bellwood Park on Queen Street West. Police are en masse at the park this morning in an attempt to stop a repeat of yesterday’s scene where people were flouting social distancing and face covering protocols. Infectious disease specialist with Toronto’s University Health Network Dr. Abdu Sharkawy       posted this urgent message.
