Massive High Rise complex planned for Burlington GO area

The Burlington Gazette is reporting that developers are proposing to construct a cluster of seven high-rise apartment buildings on property east of the Burlington GO station on Fairview east of Brant Street. The article says the heights of the buildings could range between 37 and 47 stories in height. Because the development meets the current Official Plan and the zoning for the area it doesn’t have to go before City Council. It does have to undergo a Site Plan Review – that process is managed by the Planning department and they aren’t required to hold public meetings. The full story can be found here
