In Hamilton Council’s debate on the mandatory face mask bylaw, the question was raised about what accommodation can be made for hearing impaired persons who rely on lip-reading. A possible answer comes from the UK where Danny Hughes is a paramedic, an ex RAF Medic who is Interested in Critical Care & Clinical Education
