Jump in new COVID cases

There was a spike in new COVID cases overnight with 170 new cases reported. That was the highest number of new cases since June 29th. 86 of the new cases were revealed as a result of a testing blitz in Windsor-Essex.In addition there were three deaths reported. Across the province there are 123 people in hospital, 31 of whom are in Intensive Care and of that number 23 are on ventilators,
