Ontario Health says it takes full responsibility for a communications glitch that saw hundreds of positive COVID cases didn’t get reported in testing conducted in the province. A testing agency and a hospital each thought the other was responsible for sending in the results, resulting in the under-reporting. The Ontario Health statement follows.
