Hamilton Rock community gathered to honour Gord Lewis

Dave Gruggen was there to record the event

The Great Hall at First Ontario Concert Centre was awash with Hamilton’s Rock Royalty as fans and friends gathered last month to celebrate the life of Teenage Head guitarist Gord Lewis who was tragically killed at age 65.

Among those providing tributes were former Hockey Night in Canada host, Dave Hodge, and former Hamilton Spectator music columnist, Graham Rockingham.

Messages were read from Hamilton music icons Daniel Lanois, and Max Kerman among others.

Hamilton photographer Dave Gruggen was on hand and provided this photo montage.
