Hamilton police break up row at Sir Allan MacNab

Sir Allan MacNab School had to be placed on lockdown Thursday following an outbreak of violence involving some students Police say the incidents occurred both on and off school property.

It all stated with a call to police shortly after 9:30 a.m., to Sir Allan MacNab Secondary School.

Police arrived, and after investigation, arrested a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old female for assault level one.

Several others incidents occurred and a 16-year-old female ended up being arrested for uttering threats and a 36-year-old female has been arrested for Causing a Disturbance.  The adult female was not an employee of the school.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate and ask if anybody has any information that could assist police with any of these investigations, to please call (905) 546-4925.
