Premier Doug Ford announced 24 Regions will be entering Phase 3 on Friday but not Hamilton, Halton, Toronto and Niagara. The |Premier said that just as these municipalities were held back from entering Phase Two for a couple of weeks so too will they have to wait this time. Health Minister Christine Elliott said the Provincial Health Office wants to see four consecutive weeks of data before allowing these more densely populated regions to go to phase three. The plan will be revisited each Monday. Under Phase three the following conditions apply:
