Conservation Halton has won the 2023 Hamilton-Niagara Top Employers award from Canada’s Top 100 Employers organization. The annual competition recognizes local employers who demonstrate exceptional work environments.
To be recognized as a Top Employer, companies must demonstrate they are leaders in eight key areas; physical workplace, work atmosphere, social, health, financial and family benefits, vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development and community involvement. These criteria are then measured against other similar companies to see how they stack up against organizations in the same industry. All employers who have a head office located in Hamilton, Burlington, and the regional municipality of Niagara can enter the competition.
