Burlington Transit wants public input

During COVID-19, Burlington Transit is running reduced service with several routes providing hourly service. As businesses continue to open, Burlington Transit will monitor ridership on routes and put out extra buses as required.

In preparation for increasing service in 2020, Burlington Transit is looking to hear from customers and non-customers about your use of Burlington Transit. Burlington Transit is interested in learning how you are currently using transit during the COVID-19 pandemic and how you plan to use it this year. The information you share is confidential and will be used to improve the safety of customers and drivers. The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes.
