After drawing criticism for his tweet last week saying that he would “never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America” in response to a question regarding kneeling protests during the national anthem, New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees is now attempting to educate Donald Trump. Brees withdrew the tweet and quickly apologized after he came under fire from black teammates. Trump blasted Brees for his apology.
