The Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington says sales of both  freehold and condominium residences were up in June over last year, but that the inventory of available properties is shrinking. The average sale price of a freehold home increased year over year to $436,000—an increase of 6.4 percent. The average condo went doe $291,000—and increase of 4.6 per cent. The total stock of available homes decreased by nearly 5per cent to 3320 units.
