Police have identified the victim of Friday’s homicide-suicide at the Gatineau daycares. Robert Charron, the gunman, and spouse of the director of the daycares, shot and killed Neil Galliou, 38, who was about to return to his native France. Galliou was in Gatineau to learn about childcare and was going to return to France to work with children in the arts.
