After viewing NEFARIOUS on November 18, 2012 at the Music Palace, local resident Brenda Cruz was inspired to host another screening of the documentary. Nefarious, Merchant of Souls, is a powerful documentary that exposes the painful realities of modern day slavery. Being home to the largest known human trafficking ring in Canadian history, Hamilton is no stranger to this crime against humanity.

On December 9th 2012, come join Brenda and a number of other concerned Hamilton citizens at the  Design Annex (118 James Street North) for the second local screening of this film. All proceeds will be given to a local organization called Walk With Me victim services. Run out of Hamilton, Walk With Me is unique in that it operates one of only two safe houses for victims in Canada; the other situated in British Columbia.
