A group of more than 250 community volunteers were on hand at Lions Sports Park in Milton last week  to plant 2,500 shrubs and trees.

Milton Mayor Gord Krantz, as well as Conservation Halton Chair John Vice and CAO Ken Phillips, are were  in attendance at the Tenth Annual Trees for Watershed Health Tree Planting.

Nearly 2,500 shrubs and trees were planted at Lions Sports Park. This year’s Trees for Watershed Health planting was in partnership with the Town of Milton and with the support of TD Friends of Environment Foundation and Government of Ontario

Providing a Fresh Perspective for Burlington and Hamilton.
